Ludmila Layne is retired from Simon Rodriguez Experimental University, Venezuela, as an Associate Professor. She has over 28 years of experience teaching, developing curriculum, and training students and faculty in instructional technologies in the United States, Mexico, Venezuela and Afghanistan, and more than 10 years participating in research and evaluation in instructional technologies and distance education in culturally diverse environments.
